You must go to the Placement Office (https://www.unisi.it/didattica/placement-office-career-service) in order to activate the insurance agreement. All information on how to activate an internship can be found at the following address:
In order to activate an extracurricular internship, the procedure does not change: the Placement Office (https://www.unisi.it/didattica/placement-office-career-service) also considers the internship that is not in your Study Plan, as long as it is done during your course of study.
If you want your internship to be recognised in your Career, as excess CFU credits, you must present a suitable request both prior to and upon completion, with pertinent certification, to the Didactic Committee.
You must present the form for Approval Request to the DISPOC Secretary, with the following attachments:
1) A letter, on official letterhead of the organisation where the internship took place, that reports the number of hours completed and the period of time worked.
2) A declaration by your Faculty Tutor confirming that the internship took place.
3) A brief written report on the duties you performed during the internship.
The first thing you have to do is present a request at the International Relations Office. Once you have obtained approval, you must present the Learning Agreement to the Didactic Committee; you can find this form under “International Mobility” at the following address:
