To book an appointment, students must download the Ufirst App on their mobile phones which will allow them to select the desired office to make an appointment. The system will present the list of available times and it will be sufficient to select the one of your preference.

Once the booking has been made, the system itself will send two notifications to remind the student of the appointment: the first notification will arrive the day before the appointment; the second 30 minutes earlier.

 

Even those not enrolled at the University must use the aforementioned Ufirst App to make an appointment.

For communications regarding one’s career (information requests for study plans, university tuition fee updates, exam mark registrations, exam registrations, etc.) students must only use their University address. The office will only respond to requests from the official University of Siena e-mail addresses assigned upon enrolment/registration.

 

If log-in information is lost, students may use the “Forgot Password” procedure on the secretary’s office webpage by entering their fiscal code. The system will send the UNISIPASS credentials with an automatic no-reply message to the e-mail set as the student’s personal e-mail (upon enrolment) and to the university e-mail address.
