Educational Reflective Practices was born from the experience gained within a large national and international network made up of university professors, consultants and professionals who for years have shared and used a reflective approach in the study of educational and training processes. The magazine offers essays and articles on the issues of training and development of reflective thinking in the contexts of life and work, on models and logic of educational action, on training strategies to cultivate communities of practice and support organizational learning, on methodologies and tools for the education of critical thinking.
There are two types of contributions: empirical research with preference for those that adopt a qualitative system; innovative theoretical studies with respect to existing literature, which favor multidisciplinary approaches and international research paths. The magazine therefore proposes itself as a tool for reflection and updating for professionals, experts and researchers who work in education and training within public and / or private organizations (universities, institutions, schools, third sector organizations, companies).
