The Laboratory for Economic Historical Territorial Data (LADEST) is an organisation that supplements didactics and research in the socio-geographic field. It offers a series of services for the gathering, cataloguing, spatial analysis and mapping of territorial data through GIS (geographical information systems) tools and recent Web applications developed by the Laboratory (Flikrsearch, Kowalski, TEA). Current research focuses on citizen science and crowdsourcing, territorial marketing and environmental monitoring.
